Founder and CEO
Manoj Dagar is a qualified Civil Engineer with extensive experience across residential construction and property development. Having delivered numerous housing projects, he brings strong technical knowledge and a practical understanding of what it takes to take a project from planning to completion.

Manoj works closely with clients to understand their needs, provide clear guidance, and ensure every project receives the attention it deserves. His experience also extends to identifying and assessing residential and commercial development opportunities.

Ankit Goyal
Operations Manager
With over five years of experience and a strong understanding of custom residential construction, Ankit Goyal has been an integral part of the company since its inception. As Operations Manager, he oversees the coordination of projects, people, suppliers and processes across the business, helping ensure each custom home progresses efficiently from initial planning through to completion.
Ankit works closely with clients, designers, consultants, trades and project teams to support clear communication, accurate scheduling, procurement, budget control and timely decision-making. He helps monitor project milestones, manage operational risks, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure construction activities align with approved plans, specifications and contractual requirements.
With a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach, Ankit is focused on creating consistent systems and a seamless client experience. His practical leadership, commitment to accountability and focus on continuous improvement help the team deliver well-coordinated, high-quality custom homes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners.
Inderjit Singh
Site Manager
With 10 years of industry experience, Inderjit Singh brings strong expertise in managing residential construction sites from commencement through to completion. He oversees trades, subcontractors, construction schedules and on-site coordination, ensuring every stage of the build is executed safely, efficiently and to specification.
With a strong focus on quality control, workmanship, site safety and attention to detail, Inder plays a key role in ensuring each custom home meets the company’s high standards while maintaining a smooth and well-coordinated construction process.
